Hiring a Lead ESW Engineer

Innohome Oy’s Stove Guard and Smart Smoke Alarm are intelligent fire preventive devices with advanced, award-winning technology. The products are designed in Finland and manufactured in Finland, China and Estonia. EV-charging is the newest innovation and business area for Innohome.
We are now looking for a Lead ESW Engineer to join our innovative company.
Main duties
• Planning and execution of ESW development in product development projects
• Running daily activities with internal and external ESW resources, including hands-on coding etc.
• Maintaining and improving ESW in active products
• Development of ESW practices, processes and tools
• Development of ESW roadmap in close cooperation with product management and other R&D people
We expect you to have
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or other relevant field, Master’s Degree is an advantage
• 8+ years of experience in embedded software development in R&D projects
• Experience in SW development methods (Scrum, DevOps etc.)
• Experience in SW architecture and algotrithm development
• Knowledge of common SW development tools like Confluence, Jira, Git, RobotFramework etc.
• Basic knowledge on electronics, microcontrollers and wireless communication protocols
• Fluent Finnish and English
• Hands on attitude towards challenges and strong entrepreneurial spirit
• Positive and energetic person and great team player
